DEPOSITS

Our returnable student deposits are £300 per applicant.

Once you have viewed a house you want to live in you can reserve it by paying a £100 booking fee per person. This booking fee is non refundable after the first 24 hours and does not go towards your returnable deposit. 
You will also need to complete an application form, this combined with the booking fee will reserve the room for you and stop any further viewings of the property. If for any reason you haven't heard from us within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) of submitting your application, please check we have received your details by texting the address of the house you have applied to live in and your name, saying that you have not heard back, to 07747 592644.

The contract (which is the point of commitment) is usually signed a few days after the £100 booking fee has been put down. It is at this stage the deposit of £300 needs to be paid.

You can pay both your booking fees and deposits either in cash or by card when you meet with us or via online banking using the account details below. Please note that there are different accounts for booking fees and deposit payments.
If paying online, the house reference Sno1 must be added to your payment to ensure it is credited to you.

We cannot accept deposits through paying cash over-the-counter at a bank, since unfortunately, it is too difficult to trace who has paid.

Your deposits are insured through the government approved MYDEPOSITS scheme.
