REPAIRS AND TO REPORT A REPAIR

We like to sort out problems straight away if we possibly can.

We have a team of builders, plumbers and electricians available to respond to reported problems as soon as reasonably possible.

Our policy is to respond to all emergencies the same day. Non-urgent repairs are normally sorted out within a week. If we need longer, we will talk to you about when we propose to carry out repairs.

Occasionally we have had to do repairs which have been disruptive. Sometimes we have mutually agreed to do these repairs during holiday periods so as not to cause too much disruption to you.

Bear in mind that the accreditation system ensures we are efficient about this – so be assured: if it needs fixing, it will get fixed, with all reasonable timeliness.
